Floor Plan
The sprawling mansion may be conveniently divided into two parts - the main house and the two side wings. The main hall, the twin side halls and the back section of the mansion are connected by two corridors known as 'Kor Sui' in Cantonese, which literally translates as 'Bridges of the mansion'. The side wings contain six rooms each per floor, the number six having been chosen as it rhymes with the saying 'Lok lok tai soon' which can be translated to mean 'Smoothness for every dealing.'

Location Map
The mansion site covers 56,000 sq ft with a built-up area totaling 33,000 sq ft. The most notable feature of the site is that, for reasons of geomancy, the mansion was deliberately designed not to follow the alignment of Leith Street, which runs in a North-East to South-West direction.
